ปรับปรุงตาราง dental_care_school_class_type

** เพิ่มหัตถการด้วยตัวเอง
ไม่แนะนำให้นำตารางจากที่อื่นมาแทนที่ เพราะแต่ละแห่งจะมีหัตถการไม่เท่ากัน
6.เพิ่มค่าบริการใน HOSxP_PCU
ไปที่เมนู Tool -> System Setting -> แถบ “ค่าบริการ”
7.เพิ่มหัตถการทันตกรรม HOSxP_PCU
8.เพิ่มหัตถการ HOSxP / HOSxP_PCU
